I cannot find anything about the file FWCDINli.dll
I do not believe it is a system file so it should be alright to remove the refrences from the registry.
Please note since the file is missing it is more than likely causing a program to not work correctly or not work at all. If you remove the FWCDINli.dll entry from the registry there is a small chance that another program might not work. This very rarely happens since the file is already missing and in your case it seems everything is working fine there is just a call from the registry for that file and it is not there.
Please do this at your own risk, if you do not know what you are doing I would not recommend messing with the registry.
Not to fimilar with regedit on Windows 7 it might be different than what is below. The fix is for a XP machine. If you search on the internet on how to edit the registry for Windows 7 steps should be very similar.
To remove the file out of the registry and remove the errors at startup.... click Start--->Run. Type "regedit" in the box and click ok. Press the Home Key then press F3 to bring up a search. Type the name of the file FWCDINli.dll in the search and click "find Next" make sure to delete all references to that files's name.
After all registry entries have been deleted please restart.
