access violation at address 133ECBC7 in module `IOLOSM~1.DLL`
read of address 00000008.
this error popped up while IE was closed.
I had a DAX error that kept popping up awhile back with a slightly different address notation. I thought that it was because of a conflict between my anti-virus and "RegCure" that I had downloaded so I removed "RegCure".  I didn't have any more occurances of the error.
I downloaded Lavasoft "Ad-Aware" about 7 hours ago and just got the error.
So is it a conflict or what?

You can check the Event viewer to see if you are having problems with applications.

To do so Click Start, Run then type eventvwr.msc and press enter.

The Eventviewer should pop up and you can see if you are having any erros with programs. Let me know what you find.

Sounds to me if you werent having the problem before with ad-aware and now you are, it must be causing a registry error.

Most of the error messages are due to problems with the internet connection, not the software on your computer.
