Hello! Can you help me?

After last Windows system update, each time I start my PC, it is showed this message: "RTHDCPL.EXE DLL system no valid reassignment: The DLL of system user32.dll has been re-assigned in the memory. The application will not work correctly. The reassignment happened because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupies an interval of directions reserved for the DLL's of Windows System. You must get in touch with the provider of the DLL to obtain a new one".

I have downloaded the OCX from OCXdump.com but I am doubtful about what to do next. Also I have recent security copies of my system with the OCX and I think that possibly I could restore it.

Thank you.
