I first installed hpzjrd01.dll from this forum and now on startup the computer says it can't find hpzjsn01.dll.  I went to hp help session with no luck.  It is used for an HP PSC 1610 all in one printer.

That .dll file is a part of HP's printer driver. If downloading and pasting the .dll in the correct folder is not working, then the next step would be to uninstall and reinstall the printer software. I suggest downloading the version listed on HP's website since it would be the most up to date.

I have the same problem with my PSC1610 printer. First I had an error with HPZjrd01.dll missing. Downloaded it but after solving that error am now faced with HPZJSN01.DLL missing. Looked on the HP website but they seem to want us to buy a CD rom with ther drivers on which seems poor considering the problem is a missing file. Why pay twice. I haven't found anywhere with this file for download yet but in the last couple of days i've noticed a few more sites refer to it so we are not alone. I have posted a request on various DLL sites recommending they get this DLL. Don't know what else to do.

I am also having the same error with my new hp I bought a couple of weeks ago with the 1610 all in one printer.  The application Hphmon06.exe cannot run due to the missing dll file hpzjsn01.dll.  I am not sure what the application itself does but It doent seem to be effecting anything.  I have been on the phone with hp and online with there service.  The best solution they have came up with so far is to go into the msconfig file and turn the application off so it doent call for the program at startup.  It does take care of the error message, but not the problem itself.  I have also uninstalled and re-installed the 1610 all in one printer software as told to do so by hp. And I still get the same error.  i have looked everywhere on the web and cant find the driver.  Hopefully it will get posted soon.  I am almost positive it isnt a problem with the printer.  If anyone know where this driver is please post it.

I had the same problem with my brand new computer.  I got an errror message saying it needed the file hpzjrd01.dll, and when I found that file, it said it needed  hpzjsn01.dll.  Well, what I found out, (after I had to do a full system recovery, due to a seperate problem) was that the files are on the computer to start with, but when you use the installation disk that's provided to install the PSC 1610, for some reason, it deletes them.  So, after I did my system recovery (and everthing was back to it's original status), I was able make a copy of the files from "C:\windows\system32"  before I installed my printer.  Then after  installation, I just moved the two files from my disk, back into "C:\windows\system32", and that corrected the error.  Basically, it was just dumb luck.  Anyway, I put the files online and you can access them at http://www.msnusers.com/hpmon-exedrivers/documents.msnw?&pps=k  I hope I saved some headaches.

It would be nice if I could download the files, having the same issues with a client's new computer and printer.  but I keep getting "Couldn't open count file for read at downloadcounts.cgi line 213." when I try to get it.

Guess I have to wait until they can fix this error.

The link by jlaudey works except you must first subscribe to the group.  You can subscribe by following this link

http://www.msnusers.com/hpmon-exedrivers/documents

Then use the same link given above

http://www.msnusers.com/hpmon-exedrivers/documents.msnw?&pps=k

to download both dll files
hpzjrd01.dll
and
hpzjsn01.dll

Thanks so much Jlaudey, I had the same problem as well.

I came across this thread when doing a google search for the missing files. You have all helped me immensely! Especially the tip about the files being there and getting erased during the 1610 install. Luckily I have another identical machine to the one I was installing on and am able to copy the files from there, so I don't have to go the repair route. Maybe HP should read this

Thanks to everyone on this forum, especially the dlldump boys.  I had this missing dll problem (hpzjrd01.ddl) just after buying a new computer with the all in one printer.
I was able to download the files and the system is working okay.
I called BestBuy (where I got the computer) with the problem and they said that they would have to re-installe the software to fix my problem.  At my expense, of course.  They said I would lose all of my old files (that they charged me $89 to transfer)  and I would have to pay extra to transfer the files again.
thanks again.         ken
