I have the same problem with MSINET.OCX. Although I performed registration by regsvr32 command, and even in MS Access 2003 itself through ActiveX registration, the problem remains. I am always getting the same message: "You don’t have the licence required to use this ActiveX control", when trying to implement on form from Toolbox. I have it in Toolbox signified as Microsoft Internet Transfer Control 6.0 (SP6), but can not  drop on a form, with message described.

Any idea?
I would be very thankfull.

Thanks in advance.

WHAT WINDOWS ARE YOU USING.   VISTA YOU HAVE TO USE CMD RUN AS ADMIN TO REGISTER MSINET.OCX. THEN TRY TO REBOOT SYSTEM. YOU CANT JUST DROP IT IN LIKE XP.  VISTA LITTLE MORE PICKY.
